Responsibilities

  • Lead medical quality, client experience, and hospital efficiency while practicing high-quality medicine.
  • Balance responsibilities with approximately 20-30 percent leadership and 70-80 percent clinical duties.
  • Mentor associate veterinarians and paraprofessionals; foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture.
  • Guide scheduling, workflow, and delegation to optimize productivity and patient care.
  • Provide comprehensive preventive care, diagnostics, dentistry, and routine soft-tissue surgery.
  • Develop treatment plans, communicate clearly with clients, and ensure thorough medical records.
  • Uphold safety and compliance standards; support continuous improvement in protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with practice leadership on goals, budgeting, and operational performance.
