Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree and eligibility for state licensure.
• ACVIM board certification or residency training in Small Animal Internal Medicine preferred.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex internal medicine cases across GI, hepatobiliary, infectious disease, endocrine, hematologic, and respiratory systems.
• Perform and interpret advanced diagnostics including ultrasound, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, CT, and other imaging modalities.
• Collaborate closely with Emergency clinicians, surgeons, and other specialty teams for integrated patient care.
• Coordinate consultations, referrals, and transfers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Mentor technicians and staff, and contribute to a collaborative teaching environment.
• Pursue opportunities to expand expertise in ultrasound, interventional radiology, and electrochemotherapy training.
