Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital (VESH) is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Internist to join our growing Internal Medicine service in Western Massachusetts.
Choose your primary hospital—our South Deerfield location, offering the charm of the Pioneer Valley, or our West Springfield hospital, located in a vibrant small-city community. Located just 25 minutes apart, both hospitals function as one collaborative specialty network, giving you the flexibility to practice where you feel most at home while enjoying the support and resources of a larger team.

You’ll join an established Internal Medicine service alongside a board-certified Internist— giving you a clinical partner and mentor who understands specialty medicine firsthand. She has built a loyal referral base, so you will start with an established book of business to hit the ground running.
You’ll also be surrounded by a collaborative team of specialists in Emergency, Surgery, Cardiology, Medical Oncology, and Avian & Exotic Medicine. Together, you’ll manage complex cases, share expertise, and deliver comprehensive care—all within one connected specialty network.
