Job summary

Animal Emergency Clinic - Inland Empire in Grand Terrace, California is seeking a Veterinary Internal Medicine Specialist (DACVIM). Base salary $200,000-$250,000 plus production opportunities, with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

This is a full-time or part-time role joining a growing internal medicine service within a well-established emergency hospital. You’ll work with an experienced team, lead clinical protocols, mentor staff, and advance specialty medicine within Ethos Veterinary

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for California licensure.
• DACVIM board certification or residency training and board eligibility.
• Strong communication and client-centered care.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex internal medicine cases across GI, hepatobiliary, infectious disease, endocrine, hematologic, and respiratory conditions.
• Perform diagnostics such as ultrasound, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, and CT as available.
• Coordinate with emergency and other specialty teams on shared patients and transfers.
• Develop lasting relationships with referring veterinarians throughout the Inland Empire.
• Help establish clinical protocols and workflows as the Internal Medicine service grows.
• Mentor technicians and assistants as part of daily case management.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Manage complex internal medicine cases spanning GI, hepatobiliary, infectious disease, endocrine, hematologic, and respiratory conditions

What You Bring

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for California veterinary licensure
