Job summary

MSPCA-Angell Careers is seeking an DI Anesthesia Support Assistant/Technician to join a fast-paced veterinary team in Boston. The role focuses on assisting the DI anesthesia team to ensure patient safety and high-quality care, while supporting DI operations and case completion for the day.

The ideal candidate will have a strong veterinary medicine background, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to provide guidance to staff and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary medicine and anesthesia support.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable, independent, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DI anesthesia team to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.
• Support the DI and anesthesia staff in daily cases and patient management.
• Provide guidance and leadership to other technical staff when appropriate and participate in ongoing training.
