PetVet Care Centers’ Carolina Veterinary Specialists – Matthews in Matthews, NC, is seeking a Veterinary ICU Technician (2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday) to join our team. You will provide dedicated patient care, perform exams and diagnostics, assist during surgeries, manage medical records, and support a fast-paced ICU environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this position.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by taking vital signs, observing clinical signs, and assisting with examinations.
• Assist during surgeries and diagnostic procedures, handling equipment and supplies.
• Administer medications and manage medication records, including controlled substances.
• Maintain clean, safe patient rooms, cages, and holding areas; ensure proper documentation.
