Qualifications

• 5+ years of veterinary industry experience
• 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience supporting hospital operations, staffing, workflow coordination, and team development
• Fluent English speaking and reading skills

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical oversight of Medicine Services
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and clinical supervisors to support advanced patient care
• Monitor inpatient census, patient acuity, and staffing needs for appropriate coverage
• Coordinate patient management between Medicine, Emergency, Critical Care, Surgery, and Anesthesia
• Support onboarding, training, mentoring, and development of inpatient technicians and support staff
• Promote a collaborative team environment focused on communication and patient care excellence
• Participate in recruitment, scheduling, and performance management processes
