The Veterinary Hospital Manager will share our commitment to providing exceptional client service and excellent veterinary care to our loyal clients and their pets. The role, in collaboration with the Regional Manager, is to maximize the practice's productivity, profitability, and growth while supporting an environment that fosters leadership and development of the entire team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: operational oversight of our hospital, leading the team of technicians and receptionists, managing financial and business development aspects of the practice including budgeting and key performance indicators, overseeing client care, and ensuring client loyalty through exceptional service.
We seek candidates with strong problem-solving skills, a proven ability to get things done efficiently, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, conflict resolution, presentation skills, and a good understanding of revenue, inventory, and payroll management.

The position offers a salaried pay with a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as needed. Pay will be based on experience, skill set, and practice type.
