We’re seeking an individual who thrives in a collaborative, engaging work environment and is passionate about both client service and team leadership. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, excels in multitasking, and is adaptable in a fast-paced setting.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Veterinary clinic experience required, with previous supervisory or leadership experience.
2. Technician candidates with surgical expertise are highly preferred, especially those who love coaching and mentoring.
3. A passion for creating a positive workplace culture and driving practice growth.
4. A willingness to work “on the floor” as needed (technician or receptionist duties, depending on experience).

Your Role & Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the hospital’s day-to-day operations, including financial management, budgeting, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Lead and support the technician and receptionist teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
