DuPont Veterinary Center in DuPont, WA is seeking an experienced Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead a busy, full-service practice. You will align operations with the regional manager to maximize productivity, profitability, and growth while fostering leadership across the team.

You will oversee the hospital’s leadership team, manage budget and KPIs, ensure exceptional client service, and maintain revenue, inventory, and payroll controls.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of veterinary management and business operations experience.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and revenue, inventory, and payroll management.

Responsibilities

• Operational oversight of hospital leadership team of technicians and receptionists.
• Managing financial and business development, including budget and KPIs.
• Overseeing client care and ensuring client loyalty via exceptional service.
