Qualifications

• Veterinary clinic experience preferred; supervisory or leadership experience.
• Technician candidates are highly preferred, especially those who love coaching and mentoring.
• A passion for creating a positive workplace culture and driving practice growth.
• Willingness to work “on the floor” as needed (technician or receptionist duties).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hospital’s day-to-day operations, including financial management, budgeting, and KPIs.
• Lead and support the technician and receptionist teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Ensure excellent client service and patient care, upholding our practice’s reputation in the community.
• Work alongside our team when needed to provide hands-on support in a clinical role.
