Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service and financial budget management experience.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Ability to delegate, decide and achieve results with hospital staff.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Respect for clients and their pets.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing priority environment.

Responsabilités

• Direct and develop staff toward quality patient care and excellent client service; help set objectives and policies for efficient, profitable operations.
• Oversee hiring, reviewing, disciplining and terminating staff with Regional Management approval.
• Review the P&L monthly with the Hospital Medical Director to increase revenue and control expenses; coordinate budget processes with home office.
• Demonstrate an owner mentality and support staff to ensure smooth hospital operation.
• Minimize patient stress and discomfort; refer to specialists when needed for prognosis improvement.
• Maintain client/patient medical/surgical records and logs; assist with follow-up and future management.
• Supervise administration and case review of client medical complaints.
• Represent the hospital and VCA positively in the professional community.
