Ethos Veterinary Health, Concord campus, seeks a Hospital Director of Operations to lead a multi-specialty 24H emergency and specialty hospital. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive financial and operational excellence, and build high-performing, collaborative teams across departments.

The role requires strategic vision, strong business acumen, and the ability to manage complex, matrixed organizations while delivering exceptional animal care and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA/MHA).
• 5–10+ years of senior leadership experience in hospital operations or healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage P&L.
• Experience in multi-specialty or matrixed settings is desirable.
