Responsibilities

• Instruct, evaluate, and assist veterinary students and technicians on procedures.
• Schedule diagnostic procedures and manage diagnostic equipment usage.
• Set up, clean, and maintain diagnostic equipment and treatment areas; assist with procedures.
• Perform routine laboratory tests and supervise anesthesia during procedures.
• Initiate emergency resuscitation and treatments as needed.
• Monitor animal health status and communicate changes to staff.
• Operate and maintain clinical equipment and manage blood bank records.
• Assist in research studies and train others in proper animal handling.
