Arlington Pet Hospital is a well-established, progressive, fast-paced three-doctor small animal practice located in Arlington, Nebraska. We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients, including Preventative Care, Surgery, High-Speed Dentistry, In-House Diagnostics, Digital Full-Body Radiology, Dental Radiology, Medical/Vacation Boarding, and Pet Bathing.

Join a supportive team in a high-end, modern environment. Pet Groomers will perform top-quality grooms in a timely manner. Groomers should have current grooming experience and be able to consistently provide pets and owners with a high level of gentle and professional care. Job duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Clean the pet's teeth
2. Maintain an upbeat attitude
3. Calm anxious pets
4. Ensure company policies are being followed
5. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
6. Shampoo and wash a pet's hair or fur
7. Create a welcoming environment for pets and their owners
8. Cut or shave a pet's hair or fur

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficient in grooming; previous professional grooming experience required
• Ability to lift dogs that weigh up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work professionally
• Calming presence for pets
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to work well in a team
