Qualifications

• At least 1 year of veterinary receptionist or animal care experience preferred.
• Friendly, organized, and compassionate communicator.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby.
• Triage client concerns and direct to appropriate team.
• Answer phones and emails, route inquiries as needed.
• Schedule appointments to maintain daily flow.
• Check in/out clients, process payments and invoices.
• Provide emotional support during stressful situations.
