Lovejoy Veterinary Hospital & Urgent Care in Boston’s historic North End is opening in October 2026. We’re building a brand-new general practice and urgent care team and are excited to add a passionate Customer Service Professional to our lineup at the front desk.

This role goes beyond typical administrative duties—it's about delivering knowledgeable veterinary care language, discussing vaccines and procedures, and coordinating appointments to support smooth visits and strong client

Formación

• Previous experience in a veterinary office is required.
• Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures.
• Comfort discussing sensitive topics with empathy.
• Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact: greet clients and their pets, verify appointment details, and ensure clients feel informed and reassured.
• Support clinical flow: escort clients to exam rooms and relay key information between clients and clinical staff.
• Manage client communications: handle calls for appointments, care questions, prescription refills, and reminders.
