The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work weekends. This is a full-time, on-site position at our GA facility, reporting to the Practice Manager.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• On-site presence is essential to support patient care and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Greet clients and manage front desk operations.
• Maintain hospital paperwork and review invoices or discharge instructions.
