Qualifications

• Previous veterinary hospital experience is strongly preferred, particularly in CSR or veterinary assistant roles.

Responsibilities

• At the front desk, you’ll be one of the first faces clients see and help with scheduling, check-in/check-out, answering phones, processing payments, and keeping clients informed about their pets.
• As a Veterinary Assistant, you’ll help the medical team with patient handling and restraint, room and treatment area upkeep, preparing patients and supplies, and assisting with appointments and procedures.
• You’ll work to support both front desk and treatment areas, staying flexible and collaborative to keep the day moving smoothly.
