Job summary

IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Veterinary Field Support Representative for Diagnostic Imaging. You will partner with Field Sales and Customer Support to educate customers, install systems, and resolve technical issues in the field.

You will travel up to 75% and work from a home-based office when not onsite, training clinic staff and fostering customer success while expanding IDEXX solutions across the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary clinic experience with training/leadership background.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work remotely from a home-based office when not traveling.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Great Lakes region.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with customers, management and peers.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform field duties.

Responsibilities

• Install IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging Systems for customers in the territory.
• Train veterinary clinic staff on best practices to maximize system performance.
• Provide onsite technical troubleshooting during critical visits.
• Plan and schedule customer visits using multiple programs to act as IDEXX Ambassador.
• Manage schedule to support customer events and professional growth.
