Qualifications

• Driver's license required for this position.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting skills.
• Weekend availability required; shifts assigned on hire.
• Comfort around dogs, cats, and medical equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Minor Electrical & Lighting: replace bulbs, fixtures, and troubleshoot safely.
• Plumbing Maintenance: repair leaks and maintain sinks and drainage.
• Carpentry & Patching: patch drywall and paint as needed.
• General Handyman Tasks: install signage, furniture, doors/locks; ensure hardware works.
• Hospital Safety: maintain safety while not disrupting patient care.
