Job summary

Longwood Animal Hospital and Pet Resort, part of National Veterinary Associates, offers a veterinary externship in Cypress, TX. You’ll work closely with four DVMs, gain hands-on experience, and learn in a collaborative setting.

The program runs 2–4 weeks for veterinary students in their clinical year, with a travel stipend up to $1,000. Duties include histories, exams, treatment planning, dentistry, imaging, labs, surgery observation, and client communication.

Externship Highlights:
As an extern, you’ll gain practical, real-world experience while working side‑by‑side with our veterinarians and staff in a supportive, high‑functioning environment. Your hands‑on training will include:
