Job summary

MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets invites new or recent veterinary graduates to join its Emergency Clinician Mentorship Program (ECMP). This paid, mentored ER experience includes specialty rotations and didactics to help you confidently launch your emergency veterinary career.

Upon successful completion, you’ll transition into a full Emergency Clinician role within a multi-specialty network that supports ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent from AVMA-accredited veterinary school.
• Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice veterinary medicine in the state of the assigned hospital.
• Passionate about emergency medicine and continuous learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Two letters of recommendation from clinical faculty.

Are you a new or recent veterinary graduate eager to make a difference in emergency medicine? MedVet’s Emergency Clinician Mentorship Program (ECMP) offers immersive, one-on-one training designed to help you confidently launch your emergency veterinary career.

Through a paid program that combines mentored ER experience with specialty rotations, you’ll strengthen your clinical skills while being supported by a collaborative, veterinarian-owned and -led network. After successfully completing ECMP, you’ll step into a full Emergency Clinician role within a multi-specialty organization dedicated to advancing care for pets.
