MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets in Meridian, Idaho is seeking new or recent veterinary graduates for their Emergency Clinician Mentorship Program (ECMP). This paid program offers immersive, one-on-one training to help you launch your emergency veterinary career with full salary from day one and opportunities for loan repayment.

You'll enhance your skills through mentored ER experience, specialty rotations, and training phases while being supported within a collaborative and dedicated veterinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice veterinary medicine in Idaho.
• Two letters of recommendation from clinical faculty.

Are you a new or recent veterinary graduate eager to make a difference in emergency medicine? MedVet’s Emergency Clinician Mentorship Program (ECMP) offers immersive, one-on-one training designed to help you confidently launch your emergency veterinary career.

Through a paid program that combines mentored ER experience with specialty rotations, you’ll strengthen your clinical skills while being supported by a collaborative, veterinarian-owned and -led network. After successfully completing ECMP, you’ll step into a full Emergency Clinician role within a multi-specialty organization dedicated to advancing care for pets.
