Job summary

Sage Veterinary Imaging invites two Diagnostic Imaging Interns at each Texas location—Spring/Houston and Round Rock/Austin—for a 12-month, hands-on clinical internship in cross-sectional imaging, neuro-imaging, anesthesia, and sedation. You will work with board-certified radiologists and specialists in a structured mentorship program.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program, or credentials qualifying licensure.
• Current eligibility for Texas veterinary licensure before duties requiring a license.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and pre-procedure evaluations.
• Develop and monitor sedation and anesthesia plans per protocols.
• Participate in MRI, CT, ultrasound, radiography, and neuro-imaging procedures.
• Coordinate imaging procedures and case management with teams.
• Actively participate in radiology and clinical rounds, journal clubs, and case discussions.
