Ethos Veterinary Health, part of the NVA Group, in Malvern, Pennsylvania, is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Dentist to join a highly collaborative dentistry service. You will diagnose and treat dental and oral diseases, perform advanced dental surgical procedures, and work with a multidisciplinary team including Emergency, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Neurology and Surgery.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure.
• Board Certification in Veterinary Dentistry (DAVDC) or residency-trained in veterinary dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide variety of dental, oral, maxillofacial, and periodontal diseases.
• Perform advanced dental and oral surgical procedures utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic and imaging resources.
• Collaborate closely with Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Neurology, Emergency & Critical Care, and other specialists to support integrated patient care.
• Utilize CT imaging and advanced diagnostics to guide treatment planning and complex case management.
• Build trusted relationships with referring veterinarians through consultation and collaborative case management.
• Guide pet owners through treatment recommendations, oral health strategies, and post-operative care with empathy and confidence.
• Mentor technicians and support staff while helping foster a culture of learning and clinical excellence.
• Participate in rounds, educational initiatives, and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of a thriving Dentistry & Oral Surgery service.
