Schedule: Full-Time

At Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center (WVRC), you'll do more than practice advanced dentistry and oral surgery, you'll join one of the Midwest's premier specialty and emergency hospitals, supported by a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional patient care and clinical excellence.

We're seeking a board-certified, residency-trained, or practice-limited Dentist & Oral Surgeon to join our thriving specialty hospital in southeastern Wisconsin. This is a unique opportunity to step into a long-standing, successful dentistry service with an established referral base, allowing you to focus on patient care and continued growth rather than building a service from the ground up.

You’ll practice in a newly remodeled two-table dental procedure suite, equipped with a brand-new dental radiography generator and scaler, providing the resources needed to deliver advanced dental and oral surgical care. We welcome applications from current residents, practice-limited candidates preparing to sit for boards within the next year, and board-certified Diplomates.

WVRC Waukesha is a VetCOT Level 2 Trauma Center and an integral part of a strong referral community. Our multidisciplinary team includes specialists in Cardiology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Critical Care, Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Anesthesiology, supported by a large emergency service, emergency-focused and rotating interns, highly skilled technicians, and client-focused support staff.

What truly sets WVRC apart is our culture. We are committed to fostering a positive, supportive, and highly collaborative environment where clinicians are encouraged to grow professionally while enjoying meaningful relationships with colleagues. Continuous learning, mentorship, and teamwork are central to our success and help us deliver exceptional service to patients, clients, and referring veterinarians alike.

A dedicated onsite social worker provides support for both clients and team members, further enhancing our commitment to wellbeing and compassionate care.

As part of Ethos Veterinary Health, you'll also gain access to a nationwide network of specialty hospitals and clinicians focused on advancing veterinary medicine through innovation, collaboration, and education.
