We're seeking a second residency-trained or board-certified Criticalist to join our growing team. You'll work alongside specialists in ER and Critical Care, Surgery, Neurology, Anesthesiology, and Internal Medicine who share a commitment to collaboration, communication, and outstanding patient care. Mission Veterinary Emergency & Specialty operates from a 22,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art specialty and emergency hospital designed to support advanced patient care and collaboration across services. Our expansive ICU is equipped with cage-side oxygen and suction capabilities, oxygen cages, advanced patient monitoring systems, and mechanical ventilation to provide comprehensive critical care support. The department also features a dedicated ICU ultrasound for AFAST examinations, infusion pumps, internal and external defibrillation capabilities, and cardiac pacing equipment. Supported by a highly skilled and dedicated ICU nursing team, our facility provides the resources, technology, and clinical support needed to deliver exceptional care to the most complex and critically ill patients.
