Are you interested in practicing high-quality specialty veterinary medicine with a tight-knit group of enthusiastic specialists and emergency doctors?

Care Center in Dayton, OH, is looking for a Critical Care specialist to join our specialty team and enhance our inpatient care. You will be part of a strong team including 8 experienced Emergency Doctors and specialists in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Oncology, Surgery, and Radiology.

Our team begins each day with inpatient rounds focused on collaboration and top-notch patient care. You will have the autonomy to develop the Critical Care Service of your dreams, collaborating with a network of three criticalists, including our Medical Director (Rachel Halpin, DACVECC) and criticalists at our sister hospital in Cincinnati (Ann Peruski, DACVECC & Marlo Perich, DACVECC).

Care Center is staffed with skilled veterinary technicians eager for education and growth. We support their development through a tiered advancement program. We are seeking a Criticalist who will contribute to the growth and support of our nursing team.

Our facility is equipped with high-flow oxygen therapy, a Maquet mechanical ventilator, a dedicated Critical Care Unit with pet beds, a blood gas analyzer, and more.
