Qualifications

The Critical Care team is supported by a dedicated ICU with advanced monitoring capabilities, high-flow oxygen therapy, a wide range of blood products, and access to advanced diagnostic imaging and specialty support.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Manage high-acuity emergency and ICU patients, including triage and stabilization
• Lead or participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to protocol development
• Perform advanced therapies (e.g., mechanical ventilation, high-flow oxygen) based on available equipment
• Support program growth initiatives such as blood bank services or residency development
• Engage in ongoing CE and mentorship opportunities, including POCUS and echocardiography training

What You Bring

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure.
• Board Certification in Emergency & Critical Care or Residency Trained in Emergency & Critical Care.
