Job Title / High-Level Summary:
The Full-Time (or Part-Time) Clinical Pathologist will evaluate cytology slides, including blood films, FNA, fluid analysis, and urinalysis, via our virtual teleconsulting platform (CELLFIE). The ideal candidate is a strong communicator capable of assessing samples and discussing cases based on patient history, physical exams, and diagnostics. You will aim to complete each case with high quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
The candidate must be a board-certified veterinary clinical pathologist, able to interpret cytology, blood films, urinalysis, and microscopic samples within 15-30 minutes per case.

Minimum Qualifications: Board certification in clinical pathology by the American College of Veterinary Pathology.
Teleconsulting Goals: Provide veterinarians with rapid, cost-effective consultations on blood films, cytology of growths/tumors, fluid analysis, ultrasound-guided FNA, urinalysis, histopathology (in university settings), and similar samples.
Supervisor: The Clinical Pathologist reports directly to the Companion Animal Health Veterinary Medical Director.
