Bond Vet is seeking a Veterinary Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations and a multidisciplinary team of technicians, assistants, and care coordinators. You’ll drive performance, optimize the clinic’s profitability, and ensure a high standard of patient and client care.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience managing professionals in complex organizations in the veterinary space (or translatable experience).
  • Experience supervising front desk operations.
  • Experience with compliance and safety policies.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • CVPM designation is ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
  • Manage the clinic’s P&L.
  • Mentor, develop, and lead clinic team members to excel.
  • Balance the needs of the clinical team with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with operations to scale and implement processes.
  • Own customer relations.
  • Lead weekly team meetings and daily check-ins.
  • Create clinic schedules.

What You’ll Do:
