Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with questions.

• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff.
• Respond to email inquiries and perform general administrative duties.
• Assist with retail purchases, prescription diets, and hospital products.
• Help maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Provide courteous, compassionate service to clients during both routine and emergency visits.
