Points East Veterinary Specialty Hospital of Wilmington is seeking a Customer Service Manager for our new Wilmington, North Carolina location opening in late fall 2026. This role leads the CSR team and ensures outstanding client experience while supporting hospital operations.

The ideal candidate brings experience in customer service or management in veterinary or medical settings, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or management in veterinary/medical settings.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with inventory and vendor relations is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CSR team to maintain high standards of client care and professionalism.
• Address client and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels and supplies for front desk and related areas.
• Oversee relationships with third-party service providers.
• Liaise between CSR team and other hospital departments.
• Cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Assist in training new CSRs and provide ongoing development.
