Veterinary Client Service Representative

Do you love pets and people? Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and a pro at multitasking? If so, you could be the perfect fit for MissionVet Specialty & Emergency (MVS)! We’re looking for Client Service Representatives to join our growing team.

MVS is a dynamic and rapidly expanding specialty and emergency hospital providing advanced care for pets in San Antonio through referrals from primary care veterinarians. As a vital team member, you’ll ensure exceptional service for our clients and their animals.

About The Role

As a Client Service Representative, you will support our emergency, critical care, and specialty departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.

Responsibilities Include
  • Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
  • Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications via phone and email.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client and pet records with attention to detail.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle payment processing and reconciliation efficiently.
Compensation
  • $14 - $16 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
  • Full Time - 2 shifts available: Weekdays (daytime), Weekends & Swing shifts

  • Outstanding First Impressions: Excellent communication and customer service skills to make clients and veterinarians feel valued.
  • Fluent English skills (speaking & reading); multilingual skills a plus.
