Clarksville Veterinary Specialists & Animal Emergency (CVES) in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to deliver outstanding customer service to clients and patients in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

You will assist with paperwork, appointment scheduling, and data entry while maintaining accurate records and providing a welcoming lobby environment. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility for swing shifts and on-call duties.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or medical reception experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, assist with paperwork, and guide them through their visit.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Manage administrative tasks including data entry, appointment scheduling, and medical record updates.
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information.
  • Support hospital communication by managing faxes, emails, and requests.
  • Keep lobby clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handle cash drawer and assist with client transactions.
  • Address questions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with veterinary team to support hospital operations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
  • Assist with on-call duties after training.

Client Service Representative | $18-$27/hr

Location: Clarksville, TN
Schedule: Full-Time | Swing Shift
Compensation: $17-26/hour based on experience + $2.50/hour shift differential after 6:00 PM and on weekends

Clarksville Veterinary Specialists & Animal Emergency (CVES) is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. This opportunity is ideal for an animal lover with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced veterinary hospital environment while supporting clients, patients, and medical teams.

Compensation
  • $17-$26/hour based on experience

Schedule
  • Full-Time

  • Rotating weekdays/weekends

  • Two holidays per year required

Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients, assist with paperwork, and provide guidance throughout their visit.

  • Manage financial processes including maintaining the cash drawer and assisting with client transactions.

  • Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

  • Collaborate with veterinary team members to support efficient hospital operations.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve client and patient experiences.

  • Assist with on-call duties after successful completion of training.
