Join Our Team at VESH as a Veterinary Client Liaison!

Are you passionate about animals and have a knack for excellent customer service? We are seeking a Client Liaison to join our dedicated team at VESH – South Deerfield!

Compensation:
  • $19.50 - $24 Pending knowledge & experience
Available Schedules:
  • Open to part-time or full-time!
  • Full-time would include four 9-hour shifts
  • Rotating weekends, evenings, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for both pets and their owners.

  • Warm & Responsive Communication:
    • Act as the first point of contact with clients, responding to inquiries in a warm, friendly, and confident manner.
    • Promote our culture of excellence and commitment to high-quality customer service and patient care.
  • Client Experience Management:
    • Manage the client's journey, from gathering accurate client/patient information to invoicing.
    • Ensure clients fully understand their pet's situation and associated charges.
  • Medical Assessment:
    • Helping clients understand their pet’s condition by escalating calls to medical staff to help determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Triage Management:
    • Coordinate triage for walk-in patients by calling nursing staff for evaluations.
    • Hand off patients to nursing staff calmly and confidently.
  • Central Communication Hub:
    • Serve as the central contact between clients, medical, and management teams.
    • Direct information and inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • RDVM Inquiries & Reception Management:
    • Handle RDVM callbacks, faxes, and inquiries.
    • Oversee reception area operations, including financial transactions and medical recordkeeping.
