Vista Veterinary Specialists in Sacramento, CA, is looking for a board-certified or residency-trained Cardiologist to join our 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Hospital.
We have an amazing team of caregivers who foster a positive atmosphere of compassion and a culture focused on delivering exceptional client service and the highest quality medicine.
Our Specialties: Vista provides emergency/critical care, internal medicine, surgery, radiology, and cardiology. Our 9,000 square foot facility features dedicated specialty exam and treatment rooms, ICU, on-site Vimago CT/fluoroscopy, ultrasonography, digital radiography, and a full in-house laboratory. Excitingly, we are moving to a new state-of-the-art full-service specialty and ER hospital in 2025!
Our Team: In addition to our 9 seasoned emergency veterinarians, we have a board-certified criticalist, a residency-trained criticalist, 2 board-certified internists, and several RVTs and assistants. We also benefit from traveling services including radiology, cardiology, and surgery.
Sacramento: Offers a variety of cultural and outdoor activities for individuals and families who enjoy three-season weather. A short drive takes you to Napa Valley wine country, Lake Tahoe's ski slopes and beaches, San Francisco, and the northern California coast. The typical base salary for this role ranges from $225,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer comprehensive health benefits, a 401K plan, CE allowance, paid vacation, relocation assistance, and a desirable work schedule.
