Job summary

New River Veterinary Specialists is actively hiring a Board-Certified Cardiologist or Board-eligible Veterinary Cardiologist to join our ER and specialty team in the coastal South Carolina area.

We offer a private, VECCS Level 1 trauma center with a robust in-house lab and advanced imaging, a collaborative culture, and a focus on work-life balance. Completion of an ACVIM/ECVIM residency is required, with SC licensure to follow.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ACVIM or ECVIM approved Residency in Cardiology.
• Ability to obtain South Carolina licensure.
• Board-certified or board-eligible veterinary cardiologist.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with emergency doctors and other specialists to provide top-tier care.
• Shape and develop a dedicated cardiology service within the hospital.
• Deliver collaborative, client-focused veterinary care.
