Bridgetown Veterinary Emergency and Referral is ready to welcome a Full time boarded, or residency trained Cardiologist to join our Specialty and Emergency Hospital in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. This is a hospital that places a high value on its employees. The environment at BVER is very supportive and our focus is to develop and maintain a positive culture. The fully equipped and staffed ER and ICU will help you to manage all your cases to the highest standard. Our ideal candidate is collaborative, self-motivated, enjoys community outreach and is willing to promote and maintain an outstanding hospital culture.

We provide referral and emergency services to much of Oregon. Our specialties include 4 Surgeons, 2 Internists, 3 Neurologists, 1 Ophthalmologist, 1 Radiologist, 7 day a week Imaging services, 3 Criticalists, 1 Medical Oncologist and a full team of ER doctors! There is no general practice associated with the hospital, but we do have a 7 day a week Urgent Care Department.

We have daily case rounds each morning to provide an opportunity for continuous learning. We have in-house education for doctors and technicians. The support staff is highly trained and enthusiastic about continuing education as well. This position offers clinicians a unique opportunity to work in a growing, well-equipped, state-of-the-art facility, side-by-side with a skilled group of specialists and ER colleagues.
