Job summary

Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a Veterinary Cardiologist to join the Heart of Texas Veterinary Specialty Center in Round Rock, TX. This full-time position supports a 15,000 sq ft facility dedicated to comprehensive veterinary care with 24/7 services for companion animals in Austin and nearby areas.

The role offers access to a broad multidisciplinary network, opportunities for clinical leadership, and a supportive environment with resources to advance your career and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required.
  • State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, before their start date.
  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
  • Board Certified or Residency Trained Veterinarian.

  • HOT has relocated to a beautiful new 15,000 square foot facility!
  • AAHA-accredited, Fear Free certified, full-service hospital.
  • Our services are available 24/7 to companion animals in Austin and nearby areas.
  • Our dedicated doctors offer high-quality medical care; specialized care is provided in Critical Care/Emergency, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology (Medical) and Dentistry.
  • We have an outside contractor for cardiology and a sonographer available for imaging Monday - Sunday.
