Job description

Carolina Veterinary Specialists (CVS) is seeking a Veterinary Cardiologist (Board Certified or Board Eligible) to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina.

We operate 6 full-service, 24-hour emergency & specialty referral facilities across the Carolinas, including locations in Huntersville, Charlotte, Matthews, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and Rock Hill, SC. Our facilities offer a wide range of referral specialties such as Neurology, Ophthalmology, Oncology, Cardiology, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Radiology, Behavior, and Avian & Exotics, along with 24-hour emergency and critical care services.

Our collaborative team environment provides abundant opportunities to work alongside other specialists, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. You will work with a highly skilled, dedicated team of technicians and specialists, supported by advanced technology including:

• Snyder Intensive Care Units
• In-house laboratory equipment (Heska, IDEXX, e-POC, coagulation)
• SurgiVet Multi-Parameter monitoring systems
• High-resolution ultrasound machines, including ER FAST scan
• New 1.5 Tesla GE MRI scanner
• New 128-slice CT Scanner
• 2019 Varian Linear Accelerator with SRT and IMRT capabilities
• Endoscopy including fiber otic & bronchoscopy
• State-of-the-art facilities and digital radiography
