• Instruction and Curriculum Delivery: Prepares lessons and course materials aligned with curriculum and accreditation.
• Student Support and Success: Maintains communication with students about progress and offers advising/tutoring.
• Assessment and Program Improvement: Regularly assesses learning outcomes and contributes to program review.
• Collaboration and Faculty Development: Participates in department meetings and faculty development activities.
• Compliance and Accreditation: Ensures compliance with standards and documents grades/attendance.
• Other Duties: Supports program improvements and maintains equipment and facilities.
