- Prepares lessons and course materials aligned with curriculum and accreditation.
- Delivers instruction using varied teaching methods to support diverse learners.
- Maintains an inclusive, professional classroom environment promoting student success.
- Provides academic advising, tutoring, and office hours to assist students.
- Assess(es) student learning outcomes and contribute to program improvement.
- Collaborates across departments and mentors new faculty for successful onboarding.
- Ensures compliance with accreditation standards and proper documentation.
