The VCA Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center seeks a leader to oversee the Technician Assistant department, building a strong, skilled, and engaged team through effective training, mentorship, coaching, and performance development.

You will partner with hospital leadership to align with the evolving needs of a fast-paced specialty and emergency veterinary hospital, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth across the organization.
