VCA Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center is seeking a leader to oversee the Technician Assistant department in Sacramento, CA. The role focuses on building a strong, skilled, and engaged team through training, mentorship, coaching, and performance development.

You will partner with hospital leadership to align with the evolving needs of a high-speed specialty and emergency veterinary hospital, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.
