Greater Staten Island Veterinary Services is looking for hard-working, motivated candidates who have the desire to learn and be part of a team to help support our growing practice. You must have a flexible schedule to support our 24-hour hospital.
About GSiVS: We are a multispecialty practice with boarded specialists in cardiology, surgery, and critical care. Our clients and patients also have access to internal medicine, ophthalmology, oncology, radiation oncology, neurology, dermatology, and radioactive iodine treatment via our affiliated practices in Woodbridge and Eatontown, NJ.

Veterinary Assistants at GSiVS work as part of the team, ensuring that all patients receive the best care possible ensuring a safe and smooth ER experience while at the hospital. The primary role for the assistant is to help facilitate the treatment and examination of patients by technicians and doctors. You can expect to do the following as an assistant in the ER:
