The Veterinary Eye Center is seeking an entry-level Veterinary Assistant and animal lover to join our team in Long Island City. Veterinary experience is required. We are a team of inspired veterinary professionals practicing modern medicine in a state-of-the-art, collaborative environment. Our new facilities provide the tools, technology, and support needed for your success, growth, and thriving career.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist veterinarians and technicians during appointments
  • Handle and restrain patients for exams and sample collection
  • Submit patient samples to labs
  • Clean, organize, and stock exam rooms and treatment areas
What We Require:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Assistant
  • Confidence in handling and restraint
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
  • Ability to adapt with a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
