Job summary

VCA Inc. is looking for a Veterinary Assistant in San Jose, California, to support the veterinary team and ensure the well-being of pets.

In this role, you will educate pet owners about preventive care, maintain cleanliness, and assist with procedures. A NAVTA-approved certificate is preferred. The pay range is $19.99 - $25.54 per hour, along with extensive benefits including 401(k) participation, PTO, and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform all required skills of NAVTA-approved veterinary assistant programs.
• Education in veterinary assistance and any relevant training required.
• Ability to effectively maintain a clean and organized work environment.
