The position involves maintaining supplies, assisting with diagnostics, and providing compassionate care to animals and clients in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• 1+ years of experience in a general practice setting.
• Able to multitask and work well in a team.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and treatment.
• Monitor hospitalized pets and aid in after-surgery care.
• Maintain inventory and stocking levels.
• Perform routine diagnostic tasks (radiographs, bloodwork, fecal tests).
• Sterilize and maintain surgical instruments/equipment.
• Clean and disinfect cages, kennels, and treatment areas.
• Administer medications under supervision.
• Feed and bathe animals.
• Assist clients with their pets.
